Yaz, Yazmin and Ocella are all birth control medications that are involved in serious lawsuits. These products cause blood clots, strokes and other problems. These products have design defects and marketing defects similar to Stryker Hip Cases, Nuva-Ring Lawsuits and Topamax lawsuits. Many of the lawsuits involve a number of heart and blood disorders experienced by Yaz, Yazmin and Ocella users. The warnings warn women who smoke about an increased risk of serious cardiovascular side effects that could occur if they use the drug.
